Alliance

The Pre-Kickers (2.5 to 5 years olds) training program aims to provide children a fun and active environment.  Our creative and non-competitive approach to teaching allows us to capture children's hearts and attention and offers parents a fun, safe and intelligent activity choice for their children.

The Juniors (6 to 10 years olds) & Seniors (10 to 14 years olds) training program aims to provide a fun and active environment. Our goal is to develop soccer players by imparting our foot skills, love and passion for the game. Mistakes are a part of learning. Players will gain confidence with the ball and begin to develop as an attacking player.

The primary focus of all of our sessions is to build each student's personal skills at the earliest age possible. Our programs are designed for each player to have a ball at their feet at all times, maximizing touches on the ball, and developing confidence with the ball.

Each week, players will learn 1-3 new moves. Players will be able to demonstrate each move in 3 learning stages (no pressure, some pressure, full pressure), with variations and coaching points applied.

The Advance (14+ years olds & HS players) training program combines both technical and tactical training. The game is the best teacher. Players with learning opportunities are developing skills to accumulate more soccer knowledge for their teams. This also gives players opportunity to apply these skills to their teams, thereby, creating confidence for themselves. Players under control coaching methods do not have this opportunity, they just follow orders.

Our Keepers (6 to HS Players) training program focuses on technique and tactics. Our trainers are patient and also provide game knowledge to our players.

  • Trainers that delegate decision making responsibility trust their playesr and motivate them to be the best. Trust and responsibility leads to opportunity.
  • Learning new skills is a result of a team/training program creating opportunity. Players that become involved in different positions understand what the team is trying to achieve. The more involved players become the greater their pride for the team and their part in it.
  • We all learn possibilities and limits when we debate problems. Each person has a point of view that needs to be considered. The results, everyone has a better understanding of the problem.
  • Decision making responsibility leads to coaching teammates, answering questions to let teammates how they solved problems or created scoring opportunities. Teammates' experiences have a greater impact than formal games. (This can only happen where playes bond and become friends.)
  • Risk training is learning to make quality decisions under pressure. Few team have deliberate situational training so players must learn this skill through self-education.
  • Trainers ask players questions so they become problem solvers. Our trainers play and their example becomes players' goal.
  • players are allowed to fail and try again. Risk takers try and fail until they get it right. Results are highly productive. Players adapt easily to new skills
  • Players are considered an investment. Training increases their value.
  • Learning opportunity increases a players desire to excel and learn new skills, it develops positive self-esteem and self-pride.

6-7 week program vs. 1 week long camp

  • Our experience shows that players retain more during our weekly program compared to 1 week long camps. It's difficult to cram everything taught in a short 1 week camp.
  • Players stay in shape rather than get into shape.
  • Make up classes - players can attend other sessions to make up for missed classes.
  • Our programs are strategically developed to maximize technical development.
  • Learn 2-3 new moves each training day and practice them for the week.
  • Players are in an encouraging, competitive and fun environment
  • Players are separated into two skill level sessions: Elite (town/rec type players) and Super Elite (premier type players)
  • Each Session focuses on foot skills and some tactical training sessions.
  1. Elite Session: For recreation and town soccer who need more technical development.
  2. Super Elite Session: For premier clubs, districts & ODP type players who attended several skills camps.

Elite Session vs. Super Elite Session

If you are looking for a program to develop your soccer skills and acquire a greater comfort level around the ball, then the Elite group is a good choice. If you have been to numerous skill development camps, you may find our Super Elite group to be the next step in challenging your decision making abilities during training sessions and in games.

Trainings provide game opportunities to measure your improvement from the days training.

Alliance

The REAL Alliance Program combine the Training Program (above) with semi-formal games. It aims to develop soccer players by imparting our foot skills, love and passion for the game. The design is for each player to have a ball at their feet at all times, maximizing touches on the ball, and developing confidence with the ball.

Format

Teams of 8-10 players per trainer. Space is limited and a max of 8 teams per age bracket.

Each week, players will learn 1-3 new moves. Players will be able to demonstrate each move in 3 learning stages (no pressure, some pressure, full pressure), with variations and coaching points applied. Our trainers will train teams on Mondays (between 5pm and 8pm) and coach during the games on Friday nights (between 5pm and 9pm). Training is for 1 hour.  Games are four 10 minute halves. 5v5, including a goalie. Keeper training will be provided at no additional cost

The game is futsal where the best players in the world dedicate their skill. Without the walls, futsal is a great skill-developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pin-point passing. Futsal is played with a special low bounce ball, requiring players to use their skills, rather than the ball's bounce, to propel it.

Enroll into our U8 or U10 bracket and choose a training group based on skill level. We align your group choice with our first day assessment. For best player development, players be placed on teams based on their skill levels in either the Elite (recreation type players) or Super Elite (travel & premier type players) groups.
